BBP Solutions currently manages the Aviation Council of Pennsylvania and plays an overarching, crucial, and multi-faceted role in its continued success. BBP determined and created the Council’s online membership platform where airports, aviation-centered companies/organizations, and workers driving the industry network, connect and remain informed. BBP continues to strategically manage this platform, and is in the process of integrating current emerging technology for greater ease of maintenance and usage. In our many scopes of work for the Aviation Council, BBP also manages it's social media pages along with email marketing, ensuring the members and the public are staying up to date with the current aviation news and updates going on within the organization and in PA.

Last year, BBP was influential and directly involved in facilitating the passing of the Airport Land Development Zone program (ALDZ) to further the economic success of Pennsylvania airports and the communities they serve. 

Additionally, BBP plans and manages ACP’s annual aviation conference, which began in 1980. Last year’s conference gathered over 200 aviation industry executives and experts from Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, and New York. Attendees included PennDOT, state and federal officials, legislators, speakers, over 35 exhibitors, and presentations of emerging aviation technology. 

BBP Solutions has recently proudly partnered with ACPA/PA, providing expert membership management and bookkeeping services. With our seamless solutions, we efficiently handle their membership operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, renewals, and engagement.

BBP Solutions serves as a primary and general consultant for Nulton Aviation, where Nulton Aviation utilizes BBP's vast network for organization growth and event planning. BBP also provides Nulton Aviation with business and technical consulting services related to the creation and establishment of the Unmanned Center of Excellence through a Viability Study, Strategic Plan, and Reporting Business Practices for Consideration. 

BBP Solutions was hired by the Reading Regional Airport to maintain self-sustainability in a dynamic industry, and produced a strategic plan to ensure the airport's future success. BBP gathered information from the airport’s records, obtained relevant industry benchmarking data, held regular check-in meetings, and conducted surveys with airport stakeholders, which included tenants, airport users, and local organizations. The input from these stakeholders assisted the Strategic Planning Leadership to identify crucial issues that needed to be addressed as part of the strategic plan, ranging from finance and operations to external threats. BBP then hosted a strategic planning session with representatives from the airport staff, county commissioners, and airport authority members to review the current state and develop a set of strategic initiatives to guide future decision making. Goals and objectives were created taking into consideration a balanced scorecard perspective - measuring financial, customer, internal processes, and learning / development success metrics - all leading to quantitative KPIs. 

BBP Solutions was also hired to assume responsibility for the reconstruction of Reading Regional Airport’s website. BBP met with Reading Regional Airport’s leaders to determine their needs beyond their current website, efficiently and masterfully delivered these needs, and went above and beyond to highlight the airport, the airport’s partners, and Reading itself: readingairport.org.

BBP Solutions created the Pennsylvania Drone Association in 2019, designed its website and social media, and acts as a manager for its online and physical presence, utilizing its vast network of UAS and drone organizations, companies, and non-profits. This association advocates, promotes, and grows the societal and economic benefits of safe, accessible, and affordable drone technologies in Pennsylvania. 

The BBP Team has led the organization's previous symposiums, press conferences, and events.

BBP also played, and continues to play, a crucial part in growing legislative connections for the benefit of the PA Drone Association and the drone community. The Association's committees were created and overseen by various BBP team members to ensure the future success and membership involvement of the organization.
