The Airport Land Development Zone (ALDZ) Program encourages and promotes the creation of new jobs on land and buildings owned by airports within the Commonwealth to accelerate economic activity at and around airports in undeveloped land or vacant buildings owned by airports that can provide new revenue sources for airports.

The Aviation Council of PA expanded the program in the Senate from only commercial service airports to all public use airports, and we reduced the fiscal note from $17.1 million in year 5 of the program to $10.9 million. When jobs are ultimately created, the ripple effect to the economy will be substantial and meaningful.

Aerium Aviation is a new nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering collaborations among educators, industry professionals, and students to enhance the aviation industry and workforce. The Aerium Summit brought together over 300 attendees, including representatives from 20 school districts and universities, government representatives and senators, as well as 45 sponsors and exhibitors.

The planning, management, and execution of the Aerium Summit were meticulously coordinated to create an engaging and impactful event. Our team worked to curate a comprehensive agenda that featured keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. Through strategic partnerships and extensive outreach, we ensured a diverse range of perspectives and expertise were represented at the event. 

For the last 8 years, BBP Solutions was able to help the Aviation Council of PA grow their Annual Aviation Conferences. The Aviation Council of PA, along with the organization from BBP Solutions, held their 42nd Annual Aviation Conference on the TARMAC for the first time with over 300 attendees including sponsors and exhibitors. Holding a three-day conference with activities including a golf tournament followed by a silent auction & reception dinner and a pig roast with entertainment from SkyPilot. The event hosted over 30 guest speakers featuring industry experts and executives, with a total of 16 different listening sessions and presentations.

With BBP's expertise in event management the council was able to exceed its sponsor goal with a total of 34 different level sponsors, along with 28 exhibitor booths. BBP Solutions managed the event entirely while leaving the council with an increased number of profits than its original goal.

The PA Drone Association, along with the help of BBP Solutions hosted their first ever PA Drone Association Mixer hosted by Master Your Drone in Ambler, PA. The event kicked off Elevate PA's Drone Safety Awareness week.

The event included networking with 50+ drone industry leaders, companies, pilots, and Members of the association. Offering 25 different food trucks, drinks (crafted beer), and conversations.

BBP Solutions works to find the most experienced industry guests to speak for The Aviation Council of PA's, "Monthly Engineering Webinars." Providing it members and other leaders in the PA Aviation Community with new and upcoming news and information.

Hosting Monthly Airport Roundtables which consist of a peer to peer conversation about different topics related to the Aviation Industry. With different guest speakers including Senators and Industry Experts, the members of the council are able to benefit from the new information and discuss different topics that surround the common theme of aviation.

The Chester Pike Corridor Master Plan was the culmination of an eighteen-month long process, driven by the input of over 700 residents, regional and county-wide partners, and serves as the dynamic long-term planning document. The Master Plan provides a conceptual layout to guide future growth and development for the Chester Pike Corridor Improvement Partners and their 5 boroughs.
