Aerium Aviation, an aviation-based non-profit organization, has been actively engaged in developing the workforce pipeline for education and the aviation industry in Pennsylvania. Collaborating with colleges, universities, and school districts, Aerium connects educational institutions with industry professionals and organizations such as the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics and the AOPA Foundation. Every year, BBP Consulting endeavors to elevate the quality and impact of the Aviation Council of Pennsylvania's annual conference. In pursuit of this goal, ACP co-hosted the 43rd Annual PA Aviation Conference alongside the Lehigh Valley International Airport at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem.
